The Culverhouse College of Business Administration at the University of Alabama has always represented excellence. What better way to illustrate that excellence than to use the professionals created by this college to assist in the development of future business leaders. In addition to developing confident future business leaders, the Women’s Initiative provides mentors a way to give back to the University that has enabled them to meet their own professional goals, the opportunity to continue professional networking with other business leaders and a means to contribute to the continued professional excellence of the College’s students.
