About the Mentoring Program

The C&BA Women's Initiative Program fosters the career development of undergraduate and graduate women in business through educational sessions and one-on-one mentoring with leading executives in business. The program creates networking opportunities for the students that promote their success and, ultimately the reputation of C&BA.

Private donations currently fund all aspects of the program and come from the generosity of alumni and friends of the College from around the country.

We invite you to make a difference in the lives of our female students by pledging a gift to the C&BA Women’s Initiative. You will ensure that sessions with leading executives continue to empower our female students with career advice and tips on professional growth unavailable in the traditional classroom experience.

I have really enjoyed my relationships with the two mentors I have been privileged to have so far.  Both mentors have provided me with career advice that has helped me to make decisions regarding my education and career paths.  They have exposed me to new opportunities I otherwise would not have had.  Through my relationships with them, I have been fortunate to meet new contacts that will be helpful to me now and in the future.  I am so thankful for their commitment to the Women’s Initiative Program and to me as an individual. – Brittany Harris
