Student Services

The Asa H. Bean student services center was established in 1976. Today we have 9 full time academic advisors and work with our undergraduate population on a term by term basis. Through each 30 minute advising appointment we assist students in learning about opportunities inside and outside of the classroom to enhance the college experience and build a strong competitive resume.

The Student Services center is located in Room 10, Bidgood Hall.

Undergraduate Advising

C&BA students are required to meet with an advisor each semester to be cleared for registration. For more in-depth information and tools related to advising and student services, please visit MyCBA and log in with your CBA network and computer credentials.

Make an Advising Appointment

Currently enrolled students can schedule advising appointments through Culverhouse's online scheduling system or the OMMS online scheduling system. Please note: To cancel an appointment you must call the student services office at (205) 348-4537. Please do not schedule an academic advising appointment when you have class.
