New Orleans, LA -- November 5th, 2009
SCMID REGISTRATION IS ONLY $50 this year!
The program includes scholarly presentations, a tour of New Orleans, a doctoral paper competition, and a lunch and cocktail.
This year’s program is shaping up to be one of the best yet!
During this one day symposium, we will have industry speakers and present leading research in the field. We have three best paper awards for our track that will be presented at the symposium.
Additionally, this year, we are fortunate to have Lisa Ellram (Miami University), a pioneer in supply chain research, speak to our group on opportunities and challenges of publishing supply chain research in leading journals.
This year, program registration also includes a COCKTAIL TOUR through the French Quarter. A tour guide will walk us through the history of some of New Orleans’ most infamous cocktails while also providing generous samples!
While submissions have been down for conferences this year, the Supply Chain Management/ Logistics track enjoyed an increase in submissions over last year! We are fortunate to have some great papers and great researchers willing to share their ideas with us.
