Disaster Assistance

Small Business Development Center Network at The University of AlabamaCounselors at the SBDC are working with the West Alabama Chamber of Commerce, SBA, and FEMA at the recently established BRIC: Business Recovery Information Center.  

Part of the Center is the new SBA Business Disaster Center located at 800 22nd Ave, behind Regions Bank, in downtown Tuscaloosa. Local officials requested these experts be stationed locally temporarily to expedite the assistance to our business community. Businesses are encouraged to take advantage of this high level of service immediately. 

Everything a business needs in this recovery process is now in a 3-block radius, making the progression as easy as possible. Interested parties can call 758.7588 or 348-7011 to make an appointment but walk-ins are welcome.
