Susan Jurney earned her Ph.D. in Accounting with a minor in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma.  Prior to entering academia, Dr. Jurney was a financial analyst for IBM and practiced public accounting, specializing in tax.  She is a Certified Public Accountant (Oklahoma).
