Honors, Achievements and Affiliations:

Dr. Keith is an active member of the Association for Information Systems (AIS), INFORMS, and DSI. His recent research focuses on service-oriented software development, the efficacy of organizational social networks, the privacy risks of location-based serviced used in mobile computing, and the switching costs and network effects associated with consumer IT. His research has appeared in the Journal of the Association for Information Systems, Decision Support Systems, Decision Analysis, International Journal of Human-Computer Studies, Communications of the Association for Information Systems, the International Conference for Information Systems (ICIS) and numerous other conference proceedings.
