- Mr. Fulghum received his electrical engineering degree in 1998. Prior to his employment at the University, he was a network engineer at Verio, Inc., a Tier-1 Internet Service Provider. Mr. Fulghum was employed as a student system administrator at the computer center while an undergraduate. He was a national merit finalist and is a member of the Mallet Assembly.
