Jonathan joined CBER as a socioeconomic research associate in March 2010. Previously, he worked for a small company doing comprehensive planning, primarily funded through CDBG grants, for small towns throughout Texas. This experience built on his graduate work, which focused on urban geography. He also has training in and experience using geographic information systems and various statistical methods. He is currently a member of the American Planning Association and the Phi Beta Kappa honor society.
