- Dr. Johnson has made numerous presentations to the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the Academy of Management. She has published articles in such journals as Journal of Applied Psychology, Personality and Individual Differences, and Academy of Management Journal. She serves as an ad hoc reviewer for the Journal of Management, Personnel Psychology, and Journal of Applied Social Psychology. She is a member of the Academy of Management, the American Psychological Association, the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychologists, and the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, Cornell chapter. She has served as director of operations of the Laboratory of Ornithology at Cornell University.
