The Berryman Family Charitable Fund of Killen, Ala., has contributed $20,000 to The University of Alabama to be used to support research projects by faculty and students at the Angelo Bruno Business Library at The University of Alabama.
The contribution is to honor Dean J. Barry Mason and will be part of a permanent fund named The J. Barry Mason Endowed Support Fund for the Angelo Bruno Business Library. Read More

The Culverhouse College of Commerce at The University of Alabama is among six public universities ranked 29th among public undergraduate business schools in the latest U.S. News and World Report college rankings. Culverhouse is ranked 48th when private universities are included. More than 1700 institutions offer undergraduate degrees in business. Read More

On April 8, 2006 The University of Alabama’s $500 million capital campaign, “Our Students, Our Future,” made its public debut with $299 million committed. At that time it was also announced that the Culverhouse College of Commerce portion of this ambitious goal is $86 million, with $24 million in commitments.
As of March 31, 2007, $371 million has been raised towards the $500 million University goal with $37 million committed to the College.
We have been fortunate to receive gifts in all shapes and sizes. Outright gifts of cash and securities, planned gifts, insurance policies and many more methods have been utilized.
