The Ambassador Program is a way for outstanding members to build their communication skills and give back to the program. The Ambassadors are responsible for assisting at all MIS events. At these events the Ambassadors ensure guests are welcome, are in the right location, and are informed about the program.

AIMS officers have defined the roles and responsibilities for ambassadors and are responsible for selecting the Ambassador teams. The Ambassadors are grouped into teams, each of which is assigned responsibilities for specific events. Teams are led by a team leader, typically an upper-level MIS member, who has exhibited outstanding commitment in the past. By continuing to assign events to teams instead of individuals, more responsibility is assumed for tasks and it enables broader participation across the Ambassador Program.
