Student Involvement

As a student of the MIS program, you are presented with a lot of opportunities to get involved, as well as meet your fellow classmates.

The MIS program sponsors various student organizations to promote a fun and professional environment outside of the classrooms. These organizations range from our weekly AIMS meetings, where students have a chance to learn about the opportunities in the information technology industry from the companies who will be hiring them, to participating in some of our intramural sports teams.

In addition, every semester the MIS program creates a resume book, which is a collaboration of the resumes of all the students in the major, which is given to all the companies who are recruiting our students.
