Robert Rolfe

Managing Director
West End Holdings, LLC

Robert O. Rolfe is managing partner at West End Holdings, LLC, a private equity partnership in Nashville focused on acquiring non-strategic assets that are under-nourished from either a capital or leadership perspective.

Before joining West End Holdings last year, Rolfe was chairman of the board and chief executive officer at MyOfficeProducts, Inc., where he grew sales from $30 million to $125 million over five years, before the company was sold in 2010.

From 2001 to 2004 he was president and chairman of the board of ProClaim, Inc., a claims processing company for the long term care industry.

He was responsible for the strategic direction of the company, implementation and execution of a revised business model, and general senior management oversight, as well as managing the company’s sales and marketing efforts including hands-on retention and expansion of the company’s customer base.

ProClaim was sold in October, 2003.

Rolfe also served as chairman of The Potomac Group, Inc. a health care information technology company, from 1997-2001, where he determined the strategic direction of the company, including the exit strategy, executed in June 2001.

From 1982 until 2000, Rolfe was employed at J. C. Bradford and Company Investment Bank as Managing Director and Partner, Project Finance Group. He was responsible for the investment banking activities for the firm’s Project Finance Group. His experience includes serving as lead senior banker for approximately 300 transactions totaling more than $1 billion during an 18-year period.

He resigned when the company was sold to Paine Webber, Inc. in June 2000 to concentrate on private equity investing.

He received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from The University of Alabama in 1982 and an MBA in general management and finance from the Owen School of Management at Vanderbilt University.
