Insurance Hall of Fame Museum
The Insurance Hall of Fame recognizes those leaders, visionaries, and innovators from the world of insurance who have served society by recognizing insurance needs and worked to fulfill them, often at great odds and significant risk. The Insurance Hall of Fame Museum memorializes the contribution of these individuals through the Insurance Hall of Fame Portrait Gallery & Lecture Hall and through displays of significant memorabilia that highlight the role of these pioneers and of insurance in society. It is located in Mary Hewell Alston Hall, Culverhouse College of Commerce & Business Administration, The University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa, Alabama, USA.
More than 83 portraits are to be found in the Portrait Gallery & Lecture Hall. Innovators from every era are represented--from pioneers in the field to giants of the field today.

The Insurance Hall of Fame was founded by Dr. John S. Bickley, legendary professor of insurance at The University of Alabama, who also founded the International Insurance Society. Dr. Bickley is credited with many innovations in the field of insurance and insurance academe, as well as being a dedicated and inspiring teacher.
